MemoPaint is an AI-powered portrait generation service. Users upload photographs, select a style, and receive AI-generated portrait artwork. Portraits can be downloaded digitally or ordered as canvas prints.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Your content: You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. By uploading photos, you grant MemoPaint a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your portrait.
Generated portraits: Upon purchase, you receive full personal and commercial usage rights to your generated portrait. You may print, share, display, or use it for personal or commercial purposes.
Our content: The MemoPaint name, logo, website design, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of MemoPaint.

MemoPaint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
