• Usage data: Basic analytics to improve our service (pages visited, features used). We do not track you across other websites.

2. How We Use Your Photos

This is the part most people care about. Here's exactly what happens:

• Your photos are sent to our AI system to generate your portrait.
• Original uploads are stored temporarily so you can regenerate or edit your portrait.
• Photos are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days.
• We never use your photos to train AI models.
• We never share your photos with third parties.
• We never use your photos for marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payments industry. Your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to Stripe. Our servers never see or store your full card details.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only when necessary to deliver our service:

• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Shipping carriers: Your name and shipping address (canvas orders only).
• AI providers: Your photos are sent to our AI generation service to create your portrait. They are processed and not stored by the AI provider.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use basic analytics to understand how our site is used. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

6. Your Rights

• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Request immediate deletion of your uploaded photos at any time.
